How do I find the correct fabric or finish for my furniture?

Accepted Answer

Go to "Upholstery Options", in the menu, from where you can scroll and explore various fabric options.

Once you have decided on the samples required, go to our "Contact" tab and "Order enquiry form",  where you can request up to 6 fabric samples from our "house velvet" and "house linen" fabric ranges.

If you are choosing fabric samples from any of the "Designer Fabric", ranges, please notify ourselves of the product sample/s required, and we will arrange to have these forwarded to yourself from the brand in question.

Question 2

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is complimentary for all products, both bespoke and for those purchased from our website. There may however be further costs involved if we are unable to deliver as agreed, due to  a failed delivery attempt etc.

Question 3

How do I order a bespoke piece of furniture?

Accepted Answer

Go to the "Contact" tab in the menu bar, then kindly complete our "Order Enquiry Form", supplying as much information as possible regarding your preferences.

We will then respond with a quote which covers all your requirements, and if this is agreeable and you wish to proceed with a bespoke order, we then send an Order Acknowledgement and invoice requesting a 33% (of the order total cost) deposit,  to be paid prior to commencement of the manufacturing of your product.

Upon completion of manufacture and your satisfaction with this, we then forward a further invoice requesting the balance owed, to be paid prior to arranging delivery.

Question 4

Do you offer overseas shipping?

Accepted Answer

We can arrange our products to be shipped to various destinations worldwide, however our complimentary shipping only applies to UK mainland deliveries, so any offshore deliveries will incur a courier fee.

Where is Lounging Around based?

We are based in Rushton on the Cheshire, Staffordshire borders, within the UK.

Question 6

Can I visit and see sofas prior to ordering or buying?

Accepted Answer

As we mainly produce bespoke furniture, this isn't always possible, and we suggest referring to our gallery to gain a good idea of the quality and overall feel of our products.

We do however, often have a small number of products in stock, which can be viewed via a pre-booked appointment. Please request an appointment via the "Contact" tab in the menu bar.

Question 7

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept online payment by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.  We also process payments over the phone and accept payment via cheque.

We will always reference our details clearly, as provided within your invoice and will never request payments via other methods.
