Lounging Around Ltd takes its responsibility seriously, regarding the privacy and security of your information / data.

As part of our business we collect/gather and use information about you and to help manage our relationship with you.

When we say ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’ or ‘Lounging Around’ in this policy we are referring to Lounging Around Limited.

Our privacy policy defines the information Lounging Around collects about you, when you use our website, contact us electronically or via phone.

Your basic personal data is required in order to provide goods and services to you and/ or to process your orders, provide marketing and information on our services / products. We do not collect any personal data other than which enables ourselves to provide and oversee our services or products.

When purchasing a product, contacting ourselves by telephone, placing an order, ordering fabric samples, providing your contact details, either online, via our website or social media, you are consenting and agreeing to accept the practices within this policy.

 

What information we collect

When placing an order or making a purchase with Lounging Around, via the telephone or on our website, the data and information we collect relating to you is used to provide our products and services to you. 

This enables us to uphold our obligations to you which arise from any contracts entered into between Lounging Around and you and to provide you with the information, services and products that you have requested from us.

We supply your contact information to our furniture and delivery partners, which include your Name, Address and contact details required for adequate delivery. 

Lounging Around retain this information for the duration of the furniture / product guarantee, which will allow us to commit to the guarantee of your furniture, and to assist further with support if required.

If you choose to communicate with Lounging Around via telephone, we will keep this information on our records for 12 weeks or in accordance with any service this is required for.

When using our website if you choose to create an account, supply us with customer photos, request a call back, or report a problem with our products and services, the information you provide to us will be stored and may be used to facilitate that request or service.

 

What we do with this information

We only use your personal information when necessary and always with your consent:

Adding products to your basket
